What is a decree?

A decree is a repetitive prayer — and the most powerful application to the Godhead. It is the command of the son or daughter of God, made in the name of the I AM Presence and the living Christ, for the will of the Almighty to manifest on earth as it is in heaven. As Job wrote, “Thou shalt decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee.”

Think of a decree as a letter to God: an invocative preamble, a body, and a sealing. Then give it again and again. When you give it with joy, love, faith, and hope, it becomes the alchemist’s tool for personal and planetary transmutation.

What is a call?

A call is a demand, a request, or a command for God to be present. Therefore it is the most direct communication between man and God — often used in a moment of need: O God, help me! Archangel Michael, take command! The byword of the initiate is: The call compels the answer.
